The Revere Health Foundation’s mission is to raise and steward funds to support exemplary charitable and educational healthcare initiatives in the communities we are honored to serve. Because Revere Health covers all the administrative costs of running the foundation, 100% of contributions go to the work of the initiatives we support.

Revere Health Foundation is a non-governmental, non-profit community foundation established in 2005 and supported by Revere Health and others in the community. The Foundation fosters volunteerism and provides resources to meet the health needs of community members.

How to Help

Revere Health Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit community foundation. 100% of your donation goes toward the cause. Your donations are tax-deductible. Any contribution is greatly appreciated, and anyone can help further the mission of the Foundation and help members in the community. Whether made by an organization or individual, each contribution makes a difference. Options for contributions include, but are not limited to:

  • Estate/In Memory Donations

  • Establishing a Payroll Deduction

  • Hosting a Community Fundraiser

Our Areas of Focus

The Foundation supports initiatives that provide charitable care for low-income or uninsured patients. We partner with organizations to ensure that patients receive the care they need through voucher programs, medication assistance, and charitable care donated by providers and clinics.

  • Ben Ogden Memorial Scholarship – at least one full-ride scholarship to cover books, fees, tuition, and application costs for an undergraduate pre-medical student in the State of Utah
  • Dixie State University Research Internship at Stanford University – gives DSU pre-med students the opportunity to work with world-renowned cancer researchers at Stanford
  • Utah Valley University Nursing Scholarship – full-tuition scholarship for at least one non-traditional student who is pursuing a registered nursing degree along with a bachelor’s degree at Utah Valley University

Revere Health Foundation is proud to support community organizations like the United Way, by providing donations and monetary support for initatives that align with our mission of providing better access to healthcare and services in our community.

Patients living with cancer face many challenges in addition to their treatment. Some experience added stress related to home care, family support, the cost of prescriptions, transportation and insurance coverage or other financial limitations. Revere Health Foundation is committed to providing financial support to patients and families in need to alleviate some of the additional stress.

You can provide support to those who are living with cancer by:

  • Making a donation to the Foundation in the memory of a loved one
  • Earmarking your donated funds to help cancer patients with:
    • Transportation costs
    • Temporary lodging for families during treatment
    • Education and emotional support
    • Medication assistance
    • Overall cancer care assistance
    • Life celebration

Together, we can improve the quality of life for cancer patients and their families.
